A Guide to Our Booking System

Due to the restrictions on numbers and the need for contact tracing, we have implemented a booking system for our masses. We ask that parishioners book their seats before coming to mass and we have prepared this guide for those who do not feel confident doing so.

Telephone Booking

You can book by telephone by calling us at 01698 263945 between 10am and 11am on any weekday. One of our volunteers will be there to assist you. Please find the phone numbers of everyone you are booking for before you call so we can contact them if necessary.

Online Booking

Online booking can be done at any time via our Eventbrite page.

You can access our Eventbrite page by clicking the link on our homepage.

This will bring you to the booking page. Click the "Select A Date Button".

This will take you to a new page where all the masses are listed. Scroll down to the mass you'd like to attend and click the "Tickets" button next to it.

It will take you to a new page where you can select the type of ticket you want. Reading the descriptions will tell you what kind of ticket to get. Here, we'll be ordering for a couple named John and Jane Smith. Since they live together, we'll order a Double Ticket for them. Click the box next to the ticket descriptions and select the number of tickets you want, then click "Register".

Now its time to enter your details. First, you enter the name and email address of the person ordering into the boxes.

Then you enter the details of the people you are ordering tickets for. As this is a Double Ticket, we have to enter the details for two ticketholders, but the process is the same no matter how many tickets you are buying. If you, the person ordering, are booking a ticket for yourself, you'll have to put your details in again for one of the tickets. Please put in each individual's details rather than ordering them all under one name; it will make things easier if we need to contact you.

You must fill in all the boxes with a red asterisk next to them. You do not need to fill in an email for every ticket holder, but please do if you can. If one of the people you are ordering for does not have a phone number, you can put down their address in the "Telephone Contact" box.

Once you have entered all your details, click "Register".

Then you will have successfully booked your tickets! You do not need to print out your tickets; we will check you in at the door. You can know that it has gone through once you see the screen below.
